Welcome to DYKT Apartments. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our system. A booking is only considered valid once full or partial payment (as stipulated during checkout) has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is incomplete.
  • Digital entry tickets or booking codes must be presented upon check-in.
  • Rates are subject to change, but your confirmed booking rate is locked in at the time of payment.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee unless previously agreed upon with our management.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Care

We pride ourselves on providing a luxury environment. Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and other guests with respect.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
  • Loud parties or events that disrupt other guests are not permitted.
  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to the room or property during their stay.

5. Liability

DYKT Apartments is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left in the rooms. We advise using the provided secure storage for valuables.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
